The Trump Organization is moving deeper into India’s booming luxury property market with plans for its largest development in the country. The ambitious project will bring two towering residential blocks to Hyderabad, one of southern India’s most important technology and business centers.
Trump Towers Hyderabad is expected to include 450 luxury residences across two 65 storey towers. The development could generate about 35 billion rupees, or roughly $367 million, in total sales, according to Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers.
Tribeca Developers serves as the Trump Organization’s licensed partner in India. The company is working with local real estate developer Ira Realty to build the Hyderabad property.
The project will cover approximately 2.2 million square feet, giving it a larger footprint than any existing Trump development in India. Construction is expected to be completed by 2031, Mehta said.

The Hyderabad expansion reflects the extraordinary strength of India’s premium housing market. Rising wealth, business creation, and demand from affluent buyers have transformed luxury apartments into one of the country’s most closely watched real estate segments.
India is already the largest overseas market for the Trump real estate business outside the United States. Trump branded residential properties have previously been built in Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Gurugram.
The brand has also pushed into Indian commercial real estate. Plans announced last year called for a Trump branded office tower in Pune, extending the company’s reach beyond luxury residential developments.
Hyderabad offers another compelling growth opportunity because of its expanding technology industry and wealthy professional class. The city has attracted major global corporations, helping create a deeper pool of potential buyers for premium residences.

Demand at the upper end of India’s housing market has been intense enough for major projects to sell within hours. In some desirable locations, premium apartment prices have climbed to levels comparable with certain parts of New York.
Oberoi Realty Ltd. said in July that its luxury development in Gurugram, near New Delhi, sold out in "two hours". That pace illustrates how rapidly well capitalized buyers are moving when prominent developers release scarce, high quality properties.
DLF Ltd. reported a similarly powerful response last year. The company said it sold apartments priced above $1 million each within one week of opening bookings.
"These good times have lasted sort of longer than what most of us have expected. And they continue to go on," Mehta said while discussing the resilience of India’s luxury housing market.
That durability is particularly important for a project scheduled to take several years to complete. Developers are effectively betting that India’s growing class of entrepreneurs, executives, and investors will continue seeking internationally recognized brands and large residences.
The Trump name gives the Hyderabad towers a level of visibility that few residential projects can match. For buyers, the appeal rests not only on the apartments themselves, but also on the status associated with a globally recognizable luxury brand.
The Trump Organization, which is run by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, does not directly develop the Indian towers. Instead, it earns licensing fees from local partners that use the Trump brand and follow the organization’s standards.
That structure allows the company to expand internationally without committing the same level of capital required from the developers responsible for acquiring land and completing construction. It also gives Indian partners a powerful marketing tool in an increasingly competitive luxury market.
For India’s property sector, the Hyderabad development is another sign that premium housing demand remains far stronger than many observers anticipated. If projected sales approach 35 billion rupees, Trump Towers Hyderabad will become a prominent symbol of the country’s wealth boom and its appetite for branded real estate.
